ORDER INFORMATION

When you place an order, please supply all necessary information so we may process your order with out unnecessary delays. We suggest you review your order in terms of: Style Numbers, Quality and variable features such as Hydraulic Base selection & Fabric (and in the case of Shampoo Chairs: whether a Leg-Rest is desired). When ordering Dryer Chairs please make sure to indicate the Dryer's Make and Model.

PRICES & TERMS OF PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice. All shipments will be billed at prices in effect at the time of order placement. All prices are suggested list prices and are F.O.B. Origin. Standard payment terms are Net 30 Days upon credit approval. Prior to credit approval terms are CREDIT CARD ONLY. A finance charge of 1.5% per month  (18% per annum) will be charged on all Past Due Accounts. A minimum charge of $5.00 for any shipping and handling plus any additional fees will apply to all orders shipped accordingly.

SHIPMENTS

All shipments are accepted, by the carrier, in good condition. All goods are sold F.O.B. shipping point, and our responsibility ceases when the product is delivered to the transportation company. All shipments are carefully packed, but we do not guarantee safe delivery, and claims for damage or shortage of goods, should be made to the carrier. Upon delivery, shipments should be inspected and all damaged and/or shortages noted on the bill of lading or delivery receipt. All claims for allowances or shortages of any kind are waived unless made by the buyer in writing within 5 working days after receipt of goods. If concealed damage is discovered, contact delivering carrier within 7 working days. You will need an inspection report to support your claim. Failure to adequately describe such damage, shortage or loss may hinder the claims process.

CUSTOMER'S OWN MATERIAL (C.O.M.)

Customers may choose to provide their own material. In this case choosing C.O.M. will not apply any discount to our products and it should be shipped PREPAID to our factory. The material must be clearly labeled with the customer's name, a purchase order, and the chairs for which material is intended. The order cannot be scheduled for production until the C.O.M. is received. Due to the extra handling involved no allowance can be given for the material. There's no warranty on C.O.M. orders.

RETURNS

No goods are to be returned without our specific consent and shipping instructions. Prior to returning any goods, please call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all stock items unused and approved for return. Special order products are not subject to return and since most furniture is special ordered items, most furniture are not subject to return.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Changes and Cancellations will be subject to charges based upon the degree of completion of the manufactured products. Orders of special work are not subject to cancellation. There is a 24-hour cancellation period for all orders. Custom orders including: C.O.M., Power Coated or Brass plated metal are not subject to cancellation.

ATTORNEY FEES

In the invent that collection procedures become necessary to collect any amount due to UniOne Company, Inc., UniOne Company Inc. shall be entitled to their actual cost and expenses incurred including reasonable attorney fees. Both parties agree that in the event of litigation is instituted to collect any such amount; venue of such action shall be in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California. This agreement and subsequent contracts, purchase orders shall be construed in accordance with the Laws of California.

NSF (NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS) CHECKS

Stop Payment and N.S.F. checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.

WARRANTIES

UniOne Company Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for periods listed below (except misuse or mishandling) from the date of initial delivery. UniOne Company Inc.'s obligation and purchaser's remedy pursuant to this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at UniOne Company Inc.'s option,

F.O.B. shipping point. Because commercial standards allow color variation over which UniOne Company Inc. has no control, this warranty does not extend to color, grain or texture. Fabrics are not warranted against fading, staining, soiling, crushing, or wear, all of which are predominately influenced by user created environment and user care to which the product is exposed in use. This warranty applies to the shop and salon originally purchasing from an authorized UniOne Company Inc.distributors. Claims should be made through the authorized Distributor from whom the equipment was purchased.

Chair, Upholstery, Laminates, Plastic, Metal, Wood Parts All-Purpose Mechanism and Gas Cylinders: 1 Year

Hydraulic Pumps: 3 Years

Dryers 1 Year

Plastic & Metal Parts, Motor, Hood Against Breakage Only

Facial Equipment      1 Year

Steamers, H.F., Galvanic, Vac. & Spray Units, Skin Scanners, Woods Lamp, Mag. Lamps, Sanitizers,

Microdermabrasion Machines, Hot Towel Cabinets, Trolleys, Hair Steamer & Dryers, Stools, Massage Table & Chairs, Facial Chairs, etc.
